Hi! I’m Nick. I’ve worked in hospitality my whole life, all ​over Australia and the UK and now own my own successful ​restaurant and bar in Glenelg, South Australia. The years ​of hospo life have taken their toll on me, and now that im ​38 I’ve just bought my own sailboat and will be sailing ​around Australia and the south pacific with my dog - ​Tazzy. To unwind, relax and fish. Now, I don’t have the ​charisma for Youtube or the body for Onlyfans to fund my ​travels, so I’ve created Profitwise hospitality to utilise my ​years of experience (and ADHD) to help you and your ​business reach their potential, cut costs and remain ​profitable in these challenging times for the industry, ​While funding a few beers for myself when we come into ​port.
